    President

    Principal/Owner of Waterview Strategic Connections with over 50 years of housing policy expertise. Former Vice President of Federal Policy at National Association of REALTORS® and advisor to HUD Secretary. Recently awarded the Carl A.S. Coan Sr. Lifetime Achievement Award for Public Service by the National Housing Conference (2024).

  • Kenneth Lore

    Director

    Ken Lore serves as head of Katten’s East Coast Real Estate practice and is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. Ken focuses his practice on complex equity and debt real estate transactions and advises participants in all aspects of real estate projects. Ken writes extensively on real estate law, and his articles have been published in Legal Times, New York Law Journal and American University Law Review.

    Director

    Sam is an adaptable cyber-generalist of reconnaissance, design, and implementation of security process, neutral of technology or organization. Sam is innately curious in diagnostic and process analysis. No problem or area is off-limits, simply unexplored.

Membership:

Residence-based, annual dues (half-price after July). 501(c)(4) tax-exempt organization.

Structure:

Board of Directors (up to 7) elected by membership for three-year terms; officers elected annually by Board for one-year terms.

Operations:

Semi-annual community meetings require 14-day notice. Board meetings need three-member quorum for binding decisions. Board members commit 4+ hours monthly, with President serving as chief executive.

Changes:

Amendments require presentation at one meeting, voting at the next, and two-thirds majority approval.
