Washington Gas Night Construction November 3-17

Washington Gas will be performing essential gas line work on N. Lynn Street between Langston Boulevard and 19th Street North from November 3rd through November 17th, 2025. To minimize disruption to our neighborhood, most work will be conducted during night hours. Here's what residents should know:

• Duration: Two weeks of primarily nighttime work

• Temporary Impact: Work crews will make temporary repairs to streets and sidewalks, which will be maintained until permanent restoration

• Permanent Restoration: Final hard surface restoration will occur 30-45 days after work completion, weather permitting, in compliance with local regulations

• Traffic Management: Lane closures and parking restrictions will be managed through an approved traffic control plan

• Property Care: All affected areas will be restored to their original condition
